CENTRAL KENTUCKY WRESTLING CLUB- Youth Wrestling Ages 5 and up

Signups and practices will be held in Gosser Gym at Campbellsville University. Sign Up dates are: Saturday November 1st -8:00 Am - 12 Noon Wednesday November 5th - 3:30- 7:00 PM OUR MISSION is to reach out to the youth of Taylor County through the sport of wrestling. OUR GOAL is to expand the wrestling opportunities for the youth of Central Kentucky in terms of experience and competition. This program is designed to educate young people in the Central Kentucky area about the sport and teach the "Fun and Fundamentals" of wrestling.

PROGRAM BENEFITS

The program provides a unique educational opportunity for young people of all shapes and sizes to participate. Wrestling is a sport where individuals compete against each other according to weight and age. Thus any size individual can reach his full potential competing against others of the same size. The sport teaches self discipline, the value of hard work, nutrition, fair play and sportsmanship.

PROGRAM FEES

All participants in the 2008 Winter Program are required to pay a $30 sign up fee. A t-shirt will be given to all participants. If you choose to purchase individual equipment or enter a tournament for competition there could be additional fees.

FEE ASSISTANCE

We will provide assistance for those individuals showing a need.
