Results from 2010 National Duels
After a first round loss to eventual runner Up Missouri Valley, we had wins over #2 ranked California Baptist and #8 Oklahoma City. We then lost defending National Champion Lindenwood in the Consolation semifinals. We ended our tournament with a win over Dana College and finished in 7th place. Brackets are here if you need them

3rd round Campbellsville 36 vs. #8 Oklahoma City 9
4th round Lindenwood 27 vs. Campbellsville 15
5th round Campbellsville 25 vs Dana 12
Jacob Murton (4-0)Tommy Pretty (2-0), Matt David (1-0) Allen Scruggs (1-0) all went undefeated at the duels. Diante Wright, Conor Yound and Daphilo Success also wrestled well this weekend and came up with big wins. Diante had Clutch pins against Cal Baptist and Dana. Conor Young had a win over #2 ranked Nick Turner of Oklahoma City, a win against Cataline of Cal Baptist and a big pin against dana college. Matt David had a win over ranked John Rojas of Cal Baptist. Daphilo lost his first match to #7 ranked Chauncey Phillipps of Cal Baptist, but then had wins over his opponents from lindenwood and dana on Sunday. Allen Scruggs made the most of his opportunity to wrestle at the duels with his pin over Jake Mabry of Oklahoma City. Other CU wrestlers with wins over ranked opponents this weekend were: Johnny Papesh win over # 5 ranked Sam Fragoza of Cal Baptist Tommy Pretty with a Pin against #2 ranked Cameron Ream of OKC Jacob Murton with a Pin over #8 Eric Graham and a pin against # #8 Robert Costa of Dana James Linker with a Major Decision win over #7 ranked Mark Meyer of OKC
